What people say

“Joni Browne came along to HMRC to deliver a hybrid Face to Face presentation to our community of over 150 User Researchers.

In this session Joni talked about how user-centred interventions, such as reporting tools, can help prevent and identify abuse in healthcare settings. She shared the methodology behind her work so far with our User Research professions, including how less commonly used secondary data sources can be brought together and analysed to uncover insights into complex issues.

The talk was received incredibly well with high engagement in the sessions through messages in the chat, questions from User Researchers and positive feedback received.

I was personally struck by Joni's bravery, transparency and the overall structure of the presentation and work. I'm keen for us to keep in touch and to hear about future developments of the work.”

— R. Jones, Senior User Researcher, HMRC.
